The OCD Cycle
The Starter Collection
The Starter Collection brings together some of my most popular OCD Doodles in one printable bundle.
These are the images I wish I’d seen sooner in therapy. They would have helped me recognise my obsessions and compulsions, visualise the OCD cycle, feel less alone in my emotions, and prepare for what lay ahead.
Rather than focusing on separate symptoms in isolation, these resources are designed to support recognition, reflection, and a broader understanding of the patterns that can sit underneath obsessions, compulsions, emotions, and uncertainty.
This bundle is designed to support recognition, reflection, and shared understanding in 1:1 client work.

OCD in 100 Doodles
OCD in 100 Doodles is a charity art print made up of 100 small hand-drawn visual reminders, observations, and bits of psychoeducation about OCD.
It was created as an educational piece to challenge the idea that “so OCD” is really a thing. OCD goes far beyond the stereotype, and this print was designed to show just how broad, varied, and often misunderstood it can be.
It works well as a focal point in a therapy room, waiting area, or private practice space, and I hope it encourages people to stop, look closely, and learn something they may not have known before.
This resource is designed to support conversation, recognition, and shared understanding in 1:1 client work.

Obsessions Wheel
The Obsessions Wheel is a detailed 30 x 30 cm visual resource designed to show the wide range of themes, fears, doubts, and intrusive thoughts that OCD can latch onto.
When I first started therapy, I did not realise that obsessions could target almost anything, especially the things that mattered most to me. I needed help understanding that OCD was not limited to a few obvious themes, and that the content of an obsession often reflects what feels important, frightening, or deeply significant to the person experiencing it.
This wheel was created to make that wider picture easier to see. It is designed to help people recognise obsessive themes more clearly, notice which ones are most present, and begin making sense of the patterns that may be having the biggest impact on their time, energy, and daily life.
This resource is designed to support recognition, reflection, and shared understanding in 1:1 client work.
This resource is also available as part of The Starter Collection.

Compulsions Wheel
The Compulsions Wheel is a detailed 30 x 30 cm visual resource designed to show the different forms compulsions can take in OCD, including overt / physical, mental / covert, reassurance-seeking, and avoidance.
When I first started therapy, I still had quite a stereotyped idea of compulsions. I thought of them as obvious outward behaviours like tapping or washing, and I did not yet understand how often compulsions could happen internally, through mental rituals, checking, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, or attempts to get certainty.
This wheel was created to make that wider picture easier to see. It is designed to help people recognise compulsions more clearly, notice which forms show up most often, and begin thinking about what may be causing the biggest impact on their time, energy, and daily life.
This resource is designed to support recognition, reflection, and shared understanding in 1:1 client work.

The OCD Cycle
This doodle version of the OCD Cycle was created as a simple, visual way of understanding how obsessions and compulsions can become self-reinforcing over time.
Understanding the OCD cycle was a key turning point for me. It helped me see where I could begin to break the cycle, and why compulsions were the problem, not the thoughts themselves.
It is designed to make a well-known therapeutic concept feel more approachable, memorable, and easier to return to. As well as working as a visual educational tool, it can also function as a useful visual reference within therapy spaces.
This resource is designed to support recognition, reflection, and shared understanding in 1:1 client work.

Progress Isn’t Linear
Progress Isn’t Linear is a visual reminder that recovery and growth rarely move in a straight line.
It was created to reflect the setbacks, loops, pauses, and small steps that are often part of living with OCD and moving through treatment. When you’re in it, progress can feel like a constant series of ups and downs. But when I zoomed out, the general trajectory was still upwards.
The aim is to offer something encouraging, recognisable, and human, without pretending that progress always looks neat or steady.
This resource is designed to support reflection, encouragement, and shared understanding in 1:1 client work.
