The Starter Collection
The Starter Collection brings together some of my most popular OCD Doodles in one printable bundle.
These are the images I wish I’d seen in therapy. I didn’t, so I created them. They are the kinds of visuals that would have helped me recognise my obsessions and compulsions, understand the OCD cycle more clearly, feel less alone in my emotions, and begin to make sense of what I was experiencing.
Rather than focusing on individual symptoms in isolation, these resources are designed to help people see the bigger picture, including the patterns that can sit underneath obsessions, compulsions, emotions, and uncertainty.
This bundle is designed to support insight, conversation, and shared understanding in 1:1 client work.
This licence
This Single Practitioner Lifetime Licence is for use by one qualified, regulated mental health professional in their own 1:1 client work. It does not cover use by clinics, teams, organisations, or multiple practitioners.
