Thank you for supporting OCD Doodles.

Because most OCD Doodles products are digital downloads, refunds are not usually offered once a purchase has been completed and files have been accessed or delivered.

Digital products

This includes products such as:

• downloadable files

• personal use lifetime licences

• single practitioner lifetime licences

• digital bundles

• other digital resources

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered for:

• change of mind

• accidental purchases

• purchasing the wrong product

• not reading the product description before purchase

• no longer needing the item

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If anything is unclear, please get in touch using the contact form on this website before you buy.

If something is wrong

If a file is faulty, missing, corrupted, or not as described, please get in touch using the contact form on this website and I will do my best to put it right.

This may include:

• sending the file again

• replacing the file

• correcting the issue

• offering a refund where appropriate

Memberships

If you purchase a membership, the terms of access will be explained at the point of sign-up.

Where applicable, cancelling a membership will stop future renewals, but does not usually refund any period that has already been paid for.

Access to membership resources remains subject to the relevant usage and licensing terms.

Physical products

If physical products are sold directly through OCD Doodles, refund and return terms will be explained on the relevant product page.

If you purchase a product through a third-party platform, such as Redbubble or Etsy, their refund and returns policies will apply.
