Physical Products

A small collection of printed OCD Doodles designed to start conversations.

Whether it’s something for your therapy room, a gift for a colleague, or a quiet reminder for yourself, these pieces are designed to bring these ideas into everyday spaces.

Some items are printed in small batches and shipped by me, while others are produced and delivered locally through print partners.

Why I Created OCD Doodles

OCD Doodles grew from my own lived experience of OCD.

I spent over two decades struggling with OCD before being diagnosed at 29. It took another five years to access the right treatment, and I don’t want anyone else to have to wait that long.

I create simple, visual infodoodles to help people understand OCD, feel less alone, and access support sooner.

These resources aren’t therapy. They are designed to support clearer, kinder conversations in sessions, in families, and in everyday life.
