How OCD Doodles can be used

All OCD Doodles resources are protected by copyright.

When you access or purchase a resource, you are not buying the artwork itself. You are buying a licence to use it in a specific way.

You can access OCD Doodles for 1:1 client work through either:

You’d like to include OCD Doodles in a course, workbook, training, published resource, or other paid or public-facing content.

Personal Use Lifetime Licences

Personal Use Lifetime Licences are for individual, non-commercial use only.

They are designed for people who want to use OCD Doodles for their own reflection, understanding, or support.

You may:

  • download and print resources for yourself

  • use them privately for reflection or learning

  • discuss them privately with your own therapist

You may not:

  • share files with others

  • upload them online, including social media, websites, or groups

  • use them in client work, teaching, training, or professional settings

  • alter, crop, edit, rebrand, or adapt the artwork in any way

1:1 client work

If you are a qualified, regulated mental health professional, OCD Doodles can be used in your own 1:1 client work in two ways.

Visual Resource Library

The OCD Doodles Visual Resource Library gives you access to a growing collection of resources through an active membership.

This is a good option if you would like ongoing access to a wider library of materials.

Single Practitioner Lifetime Licences

Single Practitioner Lifetime Licences are for one qualified, regulated mental health professional using a purchased resource in their own 1:1 client work.

This is a good option if you would like lifetime access to a specific resource rather than an active membership.

Under these options, you may:

  • use resources in your own 1:1 client work

  • print copies for use with your own clients

  • incorporate resources into your own worksheets for use in your own 1:1 client work, in line with the licence terms

You may not:

  • share standalone digital files with clients or other practitioners

  • use OCD Doodles across multiple practitioners, clinics, teams, or organisations unless your licence specifically allows this

  • include OCD Doodles in paid courses, paid workshops, books, blogs, workbooks, or other published content

  • alter, crop, edit, rebrand, or adapt the artwork in any way

Paid content and wider use

If you would like to use OCD Doodles in:

  • online courses

  • workbooks

  • training materials

  • paid communities or platforms

  • books, blogs, or published resources

  • wider organisational or team settings

you will need a separate licence or permission.

This allows us to agree on:

  • how the work will be used

  • where it will appear

  • appropriate credit and usage terms

Membership terms

If you access OCD Doodles through the Visual Resource Library:

  • your licence is active only while your membership is active

  • downloads are for use within your licensed scope

  • resources must not be shared outside of that licence

  • use must stop if your membership ends, unless you hold a separate lifetime licence for a specific resource

A note on sharing

I love seeing OCD Doodles shared. Thank you for supporting the work.

You are welcome to:

  • share posts directly from my social media

  • repost with clear credit, unaltered and with branding intact

However, downloading and redistributing files is not permitted.

OCD Doodles is built from lived experience and a lot of time, care, and thought.

Licensing helps:

  • keep the work sustainable

  • protect how it is used

  • make sure it reaches people in the right context
