How OCD Doodles can be used

All OCD Doodles resources are protected by copyright.

When you access or purchase a resource, you are not buying the artwork itself.
You are buying a licence to use it in a specific way.

This page is here to help you understand what that means - and to guide you to the right option.

Choose the option that best fits how you’d like to use OCD Doodles:

  • For yourself (personal use)

You’d like to download or print resources for your own reflection or understanding.

Personal Use

This is for individual use only.

You may:

  • Download and print resources for yourself

  • Use them privately for reflection or learning

You may not:

  • Share files with others

  • Upload them online (including social media, websites, or groups)

  • Use them in client work or professional settings

  • Edit, crop, or remove branding

Professional Use (Therapists)

This applies to qualified professionals using OCD Doodles in 1:1 client work.

Access is available through the OCD Doodles Visual Resource Library or selected licences.

You may:

  • Use resources in 1:1 sessions

  • Print copies for use with your own clients

  • Incorporate them into your session materials

You may not:

  • Share resources publicly (e.g. social media, websites, downloads)

  • Use them in paid courses, workshops, or group programmes

  • Remove branding or present them as your own work

Paid Content / Commercial Use

If you would like to use OCD Doodles in:

  • Online courses

  • Workbooks

  • Training materials

  • Paid communities or platforms

You will need a separate licence.

This allows us to agree on:

  • How the work is used

  • Where it appears

  • Appropriate credit and usage terms

Membership terms (important)

If you access resources through the Visual Resource Library:

  • Your licence is active only while your membership is active

  • Downloads are for use within your licensed scope (e.g. 1:1 client work)

  • Resources must not be shared outside of your licence

  • Use must stop if your membership ends

A note on sharing

I love seeing OCD Doodles shared — thank you for supporting the work.

You are welcome to:

  • Share posts directly from my social media

  • Repost with clear credit (unaltered, with branding intact)

However, downloading and redistributing files is not permitted.

Why licensing matters

OCD Doodles is built from lived experience and a lot of time, care, and thought.

Licensing helps:

  • Keep the work sustainable

  • Protect how it’s used

  • Make sure it reaches people in the right context
