Obsessions Wheel
The Obsessions Wheel is a detailed 30 x 30 cm visual resource designed to show the wide range of themes, fears, doubts, and intrusive thoughts that OCD can latch onto.
When I first started therapy, I did not realise that obsessions could target almost anything, especially the things that mattered most to me. I needed help understanding that OCD was not limited to a few obvious themes, and that the content of an obsession often reflects what feels important, frightening, or deeply significant to the person experiencing it.
This wheel was created to make that wider picture easier to see. It is designed to help people recognise their own obsessive themes more clearly, notice which ones are most present, and begin making sense of the patterns that may be causing the biggest impact on their time, energy, and daily life.
