Progress Isn’t Linear

Progress Isn’t Linear is a visual reminder that recovery and growth rarely move in a straight line.

It was created to reflect the setbacks, loops, pauses, and small steps that are often part of living with OCD and moving through treatment. When you’re in it, progress can feel like a constant series of ups and downs. But when I zoomed out, the general trajectory was still upwards.

The aim is to offer something encouraging, recognisable, and human, without pretending that progress always looks neat or steady.
