8 Self-Help Principles for OCD is a charity art print created in collaboration with Reid Wilson, PhD.

It brings together eight key principles in a visual format designed to make them easier to remember, return to, and reflect on over time. I hope it offers a clear and supportive way of engaging with ideas that can sit alongside learning, recovery, and ongoing reflection.

This resource is designed for personal reflection, self-understanding, and private use.
