Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the OCD Doodles Visual Resource Library.

By joining the membership, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who this membership is for

The OCD Doodles membership is for qualified therapists and clinicians using these resources in their own 1:1 client work.

It is not intended for general public use, paid content, public downloads, wider commercial use, or use outside the scope of the membership unless this is explicitly covered by a separate licence.

By joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the membership in line with these terms.

2. What your membership includes

An active membership gives you access to the OCD Doodles Visual Resource Library for the duration of your subscription.

This may include downloadable visual resources such as psychoeducation tools, reflection prompts, printable materials, and other OCD-related content added over time.

Your membership gives you a limited licence to use the resources in the ways described in your membership tier and in these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork or content to you.

3. Copyright and ownership

All OCD Doodles content remains the copyright and intellectual property of Laura Johnson / OCD Doodles, unless otherwise stated.

Joining the membership does not give you ownership of the artwork, designs, or materials. It gives you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the content only in the ways set out in these terms.

Copyright remains with OCD Doodles at all times.

4. Permitted use

While your membership is active, you may use OCD Doodles resources:

  • in your own 1:1 client work

  • as visual prompts, discussion tools, or printable resources with individual clients

  • across the number of therapists or clinicians covered by your membership tier

  • within your own practice or clinic, where this is covered by your plan

  • within your own worksheets or client materials, provided these are created and used only by the registered member, or by registered team or clinic members covered under the membership

  • in educational presentations delivered by the licence holder, or by registered team or clinic members covered under the membership, provided these are for non-commercial educational use and are not sold, distributed as standalone resources, or included in paid content

You may print resources for use with individual clients, provided the use stays within your membership tier and these terms.

5. What is not permitted

Unless you hold a separate licence, you may not:

  • use the resources in paid courses, workshops, memberships, webinars, programmes, or training products

  • include the resources in workbooks, eBooks, handouts, downloadable content, or teaching materials for wider distribution

  • upload, share, or distribute the files publicly

  • share membership access or downloaded files outside the number of users covered by your plan

  • give, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the resources to non-members

  • remove branding, remove credit, or present the work as your own

  • edit the artwork in a misleading way

  • use the resources in a way that is misleading, harmful, unethical, or outside the intended scope of the membership

6. Membership tiers and access limits

Membership access is limited to the number of therapists or clinicians included in your plan.

  • Solo covers one therapist or clinician

  • Team covers up to five therapists or clinicians

  • Clinic covers up to fifteen therapists or clinicians

If you need access for a larger team or organisation, a separate arrangement or custom licence may be required.

7. Active subscription required

Membership access is provided only while your subscription is active.

If your subscription ends or is cancelled:

  • access to the membership library must stop

  • all use of membership resources must stop

  • downloaded files obtained through the membership must no longer be used

  • all downloaded membership files must be deleted, unless you have purchased a separate lifetime licence for specific resources

Only resources covered by a separate lifetime licence may continue to be used after cancellation, and only within the terms of that lifetime licence.

Membership access does not include ongoing rights to keep using downloaded files after cancellation unless this is explicitly stated.

8. Payments, renewals, and cancellation

Membership is billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose.

You are responsible for keeping your payment details up to date.

If payment fails, access may be paused, cancelled, or removed.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Unless otherwise stated, access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

9. Refunds

Because membership access includes immediate access to digital content, refunds are not usually offered once access has begun, unless required by law or where something is faulty or not as described.

10. Changes to the membership

The OCD Doodles Visual Resource Library may grow and change over time. Resources may be added, updated, reorganised, or removed.

I may also update membership features, pricing, or these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

11. Suspension or termination

I reserve the right to suspend or remove membership access if these terms are breached, including where there is:

  • unauthorised sharing of files or login access

  • misuse of the resources

  • use outside the agreed licensing scope

  • non-payment

  • behaviour that is dishonest, harmful, or abusive

12. Disclaimer

OCD Doodles is based on lived experience and visual communication.

I am not acting as a clinician, therapist, or medical professional through this membership.

These resources are designed to support conversations and understanding, but they are not therapy, supervision, clinical training, or medical advice.
