Troubleshooting

  • It might look like nothing has happened, but the download should start automatically when you click the link.

If the file doesn’t appear in your Downloads folder, try:

    • Refreshing the page

    • Allowing pop-ups (the link briefly opens a new tab and closes it automatically)

    • Opening your library in an incognito or private window

  • This is usually a caching or pop-up issue.

    Try:

    • Closing the blank tab

    • Clicking the download link again

    • Opening your library in an incognito or private window

    • Refreshing your library page

  • Files usually save to your Downloads folder.

    You can also:

    • Click the download arrow in your browser and choose Show in folder (Windows) or Show in Finder (Mac)

    • Search your device for part of the filename (for example, “OCD”, “Cycle”, or “ERP”)

  • Chrome can sometimes flag ZIP folders.

Click Keep - your files are delivered from a secure source.

  • Windows:

    • Double-click → Extract All

    • Files won’t fully appear until extracted

    • Make sure you have enough storage space

    Mac:

    • Double-click to expand automatically

    • If it doesn’t:
      Right-click → Open WithArchive Utility

Using the Library

  • Try:

    • Refreshing the page

    • Closing and reopening your browser

    • Switching to Chrome

    • Using an incognito or private window

  • You may have a filter applied.

Look for Filtered by… above the table and:

    • Click the dustbin on each condition

    • Or choose Reset

  • They aren’t duplicates.
They are different sizes or formats of the same visual.

Check the Size or Format columns to choose the version you need.

  • Increase your row height:

Row Height → Medium / Tall / Extra Tall

Detailed instructions can be found in the How To Guide available on your library page.

Searching, Sorting & Filtering

  • Try:

    • Using shorter search terms (e.g. “cycle” instead of “intrusive thought cycle”)

    • Searching by Tags

    • Searching by Resource Type

Airtable searches the visible columns only.

  • Remember:

    • Filters show only rows that match all active conditions

    • Adding multiple filters makes results narrower

    • Remove filters by clicking the dustbin for each condition.

  • Sorting changes the order of results, not what appears.

    Try:

    • Sort by Date Created → newest first

    • Sort by Resource Type to group similar resources

Devices

  • Yes - but downloading ZIP folders may require:

    • The Files app (iPhone or iPad)

    • A ZIP utility app (older Android devices)

For the smoothest experience, using a laptop or desktop is recommended.
